when will my order arrive?

Please allow 5-8 days for order processing. This time is spent checking over your order and packaging it! This can vary depending on the number of orders we recieve.

 Sending orders from Serbia to other countries can take from 2 weeks - 2 months.

Attention, I do not deliver tracked packages to Ireland (due to returns) You can only choose untracked shipping to Ireland

Paypal is available to pay for orders. I accept payments manually.   I check notifications every day at 9 am (GMT+1) And you can find invoice in your paypal account.

✧can i track my order?✧

All orders are trackable! You will receive a tracking number after processing and sending the order.

I am not responsible for any VAT and customs duties that you may be required to receive the package in your country.

✧Return and Cancellation✧

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order, please feel free to contact me through email! If the parcel is lost in transit, please contact your post office.
